Deminers and Employers Signed the New Collective Labour Agreement


On Monday, July 8, 2013, deminers and employees in humanitarian demining agreed and signed the collective labour agreement. The agreement according to which deminers would earn gross salary of 13.000 HRK for the full month of work i.e. 4.000 HRK for months when they do not work shall be valid until the end of 2013.
The new collective labour agreement will be signed at the beginning of next year. The precondition is an increase of a demining budget for 20%. In such circumstances, the gross salary shall rise up to 13.300 HRK with salary supplement of 0,5% per each year of employment. Both parties agreed it is time for deminers to return to their everyday activities. Demining of the Republic of Croatia will be continued.
