Mine Risk Education in Sunja, Stankovci and Vodice

On Friday, 21 November in Sisak moslavina county, in Sunja to be more precise, activity Less weaponry less tragedies took place with participation of the Sunja Police station and CROMAC. The citizens were presented with the Mine situation in Sunja and surrounding areas, where about 11 square kilometers of MSA remains. For that reason it is even more so important to remind the local population that caution is both needed and advised.
On Monday and Tuesday, 24 and 25 November based on CROMAC's Annual plan the Mine awareness educations were held in primary school Stankovci (Zadar county) and Vodice primary school in ibenik-knin county. The pupils were informed of the Mine situation in their vicinity and the threats that ERW pose, as well as how important it is to heed the Mine warning signe. The Police officials from Zadar and ibenik-knin County Prefectures have shown the various school Mines as well as improvised devices. The interest of the pupils and the gratefulness of the Principles are a good sign of a grood practice between CROMAC and Police Prefectures and such collaboration will surely continue in the future.
