In the organization of the Sitting Volleyball Club "Zagreb" and in cooperation with the Sitting Volleyball Club "Sibenik", CROMAC, Mine Aid Association and the Foundation ''Croatia without Mines' on 27 June in the town square Poljana in Drnis the campaign "Together for Croatia without mines" was presented.
At the beginning of the program the performance "Mine Free World - Security - Happiness" was delivered in which Dražen Šimunović, HCR's Head of Department for Education and Mine Victims Assistance, has presented the demining process.
In the second part of the program the players of the volleyball clubs from Zagreb, Šibenik, Knin and Zadar showed a sitting volleyball game - a sport that can be practiced by people injured by mines.
During the program the educational materials on mine threat that still exists in the Republic of Croatia were distributed to the visitors. The organizers used the opportunity to talk with visitors about the problem of mined areas, their city and county and to survey participants of the program of mine victims.
The educational film about the campaign was shown at the information desk while the book "Red fićo" by the author Žarko Plevnik, which will use the income from the sale to fund demining, was presented and offered for sale again.
