Humanitarian Demining Plan realization by 20 July 2015

In the period from 01 January until 20 July 2015, mine suspected area of the Republic of Croatia was reduced by 25.3 square kilometers, of which 18.4 square kilometers throughout demining operations.
On average, there were 322 deminers engaged in demining operations, while average daily output amounted to 328 square meters per deminer. This means that one explosive remnant of war finding requires from one deminer to review 12,213 m2 of mine suspected area. During this noted period a total of 1,473 of mine explosive devices were found alongside with the 1,233 pieces of different unexploded ordnance.
