The agreement worth 22 milion Kuna signed with the Poega-Slavonija County

Prefect of Poega - Slavonia County Alojz Tomaevi, director of the Croatian Mine Action Centre, Draen Jakopec and director of the company MINA PLUS d.o.o. Velika Mlaka, Miroslav Kapi signed the agreement on demining of agricultural land in Poega-Slavonija County, which is funded by grant support from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) in the amount of 85% of its total value.
With the implementation of this contract which is worth 22.084.322,49 HRK, 3.73 square kilometers of agricultural land in the area of this county will be demined.
Demining activities are planned to start by the decision on the allocation of funds by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development which is the last administrative step before the start of demining.
This agreement will be performed by the total of 17 legal persons authorized for demining activities. Depending on the size of the project activities will be carried out in 120 working days.
