INA-Oil Industry Continues Donating Funds for Demining


On Wednesday, May 23, 2012, in the premises of the Sisak-Moslavina County in Sisak, INA-Oil Industry Inc Zagreb and ''Croatia without Mines'' Trust Fund for Humanitarian Demining of Croatia signed the Grant Contract to the amount of 500,000 HRK. The grant shall be used for demining of a part of the Kotar uma, on the territory of the Town of Petrinja. The Grant Contract was signed by Mr. Zoltn ldott, INA CEO AND Mrs. ura Adlei, director of ''Croatia without Mines'' trust fund.
The event was attended by Mr. Predrag Mati, Minister of War Veterans, Mr. Viktor Koprivnjak, Assistant Minister of Defence, Mr. Bojan Glavaevi, Secretary of the Cabinet of the Minister of Defence, Mr. Dorijan Mari, director of ITF Enhancing Human Security from Ljubljana with the head of the ITF Office to Croatia Mrs. Marija Plesec Pongrac, Mr. Zdravko Modruan, director of Croatian Mine Action Centre, the host, Mr. eljko Karda, president of the County Assembly, Mrs. Mira Harcet, deputy county prefect of the Sisak-Moslavina County, Mr. Andrija Rudi, deputy county prefect of the Sisak-Moslavina County, Mr. Milan Oblakovi, deputy county prefect of the Sisak-Moslavina County and Mr. eljko Nenadi, mayor of the Town of Petrinja.
Last year, INA donated the same amount for demining of the part of mine suspected area in the municipality of Stari Jankovci in Vukovar-Srijem County. After the signing ceremony, the guests visited the area that will be demined thanks to this donation. They were accompanied by mine action experts from the Croatian Mine Action Centre.
